Our shipping prices are calculated based on the destination of the package/product.
Shipping within GERMANY:
- 3,90 EUR (insured & traceable)
Shipping within REST OF THE WORLD:
- 1 x 12"/LP/CD or others up to 500g : 6,20 EUR (insured & traceable)
- 2 x 12"/LP/2LP/CD or others up to 1000g: 9,50 EUR (insured & traceable)
Orders are processed the same or next business day (Monday through Friday 11am - 6pm, not including holidays). Packages typically arrive within 1-4 days from the date we receive the order. Products will shipped directly from Germany by DEUTSCHE POST/DHL/HERMES.
Returns can be made only if the product are in unworn/unused condition. Acceptable reasons for an return: factory defects, wrong color, size or format was sent, or error on our part. Customers must send us an e-mail stating their name and invoice number within 5 days of receiving the product if they are requesting an return. We will email you instructions on how to return the product. We will pay for the shipment back to us and back to you again.
Exchanges can be made only if the product are in unworn condition. Acceptable reasons for an exchange: colors are different than pictured, do not fit, or I would rather have a different product. Customers must send us an e-mail stating their name and invoice number within 5 days of receiving the product if they are requesting an exchange. In case of an exchange we ask that you pay for the shipment to us and back to you.
